Hello Ladies (18+ years old),

Come and join us for a WOMEN’S WINTER WALK IN THE PARK and enjoy God's beauty and allow your body to de-stress from a busy week.  We will exercise by walking through a serene park exhibiting nature and wildlife, with an opportunity to make new friends.  This peaceful and beautiful park is sure to reduce stress. This event is FREE and no ticket/registration is required - just show up! Park access is also free.  Wear comfortable clothing, shoes, a cap, and sunscreen (if you’d like). We will start our walk promptly at 9:00am, so please arrive in time to join us. Please bring a friend and we’ll see you there.

LOCATION: John Prince Memorial Park is located in Lake Worth, Florida. The park covers 726.36 acres and is managed by the Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department. Most of the park is on the western and northern shore of Lake Osborne - absolutely gorgeous!

PLEASE NOTE: There are several entrances to John Prince Park. Please be sure to use the SOUTH CONGRESS AVENUE entrance located at 4759 South Congress Avenue, Lake Worth, Florida. Once through the entrance, drive to stop sign and make a left turn. Then make your first right turn into the parking area. Park anywhere and look for the pavilion. We’ll meet up by the pavilion, so please look for us there. We will start our walk promptly at 9:00am, so please arrive in time to join us.
