God’s Mysteries Revealed!
Most people do not read God’s Word (the Bible) let alone study it. During this Bible study series, we will continue on our Sacred Adventure with the Lord. Jesus promises that His Word will NOT return void. That means that each person who attends and listens, God will speak to them in a personal way. God says He will reveal His mysteries to us - mysteries that ONLY He can reveal. The book of Ephesians is one that will captivate the reader because it explains our “position” through doctrine (what we are in Jesus Christ) in Chapters 1-3, and our “practice” through duty (what we should be in ourselves/our responsibility to Christ as Lord) in Chapters 4-6.
This book also teaches us truth about our spiritual blessings in Christ. This includes what God accomplished for us, as well as what God imparts to us as we come to Him to learn.
We will examine salvation as: predestined, transforming, and inclusive. We will dive deep into our true identity as a follower of Jesus. And we’ll tap into all of the principles regarding our present existence (unity and love in Jesus), and principles concerning our daily struggle (courage and victory in Jesus).
We have a unique privilege, responsibility, and destiny to pursue that God planned for us before He created us. Come and learn how the Book of Ephesians is chock full of all you need to enlighten your heart and live a “regal” life with Jesus!
Other details: Bring your Bibles to this women's Bible study and you will be given an opportunity to dive deeper into your sacred adventure with the Lord. Please bring something to write with (paper and pen), so that you can take notes, if you'd like. (There is no workbook to purchase or anything else to bring....except a friend....;) This is a FREE 4-week series on Tuesday nights (6:30pm-8:00pm) for women only (18+ yrs old). If you're just coming from work and need to bring your dinner with you to eat during our Bible study time, you are more than welcome to do this. Bottled water and light snacks will be provided. The dress code is casual, comfortable, and modest. Since this series runs for 4-weeks, if you plan to attend ALL four weeks, you're only required to register once (for the first date). If you can only attend some of the weeks, please register only for those dates. Thank you!
